About the Compadres
We started Mushroom Compadres in 2021 with one simple mission: to bring fungi to the forefront - where they belong.
We believe mushrooms are more than just food or medicine. They’re ancient allies on a mission to support life on this planet. For millions of years, they’ve been regenerating ecosystems, creating underground networks, and shaping the world as we know it. Inspired by them, we set out to learn, grow, and share their functional power with the world.
But finding mushroom products we could actually trust? That wasn't easy. As true enthusiasts, we wanted something real - pure, natural, and made the right way. When we couldn’t find it, we decided to make it ourselves. And so, Mushroom Compadres was born.
From cultivation to extraction, we take full control of the process. No outsourcing, no fillers, no shortcuts. Just 100% real, high-quality, small-batch mushroom products made with integrity.
We grow our own mushrooms on Portugal's wild southwest coast (Aljezur), using clean, natural materials and sustainable methods. We extract in-house, ensuring full potency with no chemicals, no artificial additives. Just pure fruiting bodies, designed to nourish, heal, and reconnect us with nature.
We’re not just another wellness brand. We’re here to challenge outdated standards, build a like-minded community, and help people reconnect - with nature, with each other, and with themselves. It’s about reviving ancient wisdom, empowering people with real knowledge, and sparking a movement that actually makes sense.
