Mushroom Tincture?
A concentrated liquid extract created by combining two separate maceration and extraction methods. First, mushrooms are soaked in alcohol for a minimum of 8 weeks. With the leftover material plus extra mushrooms, we make a decoction in water and reduce to evaporate. By combining both extracts, a potent tincture with a wider range of bioactive constituents and beneficial compounds is obtained. Tinctures are a convenient and effective way to harness and ensure the preservation of our mushrooms' unique properties.
