Where we ship
We ship from our farm in Rogil, Portugal, to Portugal, Spain and 30 countries across the European Union and the wider European region. All orders are sent with CTT.

All prices include VAT. The exact shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery times
We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend or on a Portuguese public holiday go out on the next working day.

These are estimates from CTT, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during busy periods, in remote areas, and to the Portuguese islands.
Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us. If the tracking email has not arrived within three working days, check your spam folder, then write to us at hello@mushroomcompadres.com.
Wrong address or a parcel that does not arrive
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody collected it, we will resend it once you have paid the return shipping cost.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you do not have it, or if it stops moving for more than seven working days, contact us at hello@mushroomcompadres.com and we will open a case with CTT.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo of the parcel and the products within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
